GERTRUDE I. WRIGHT (nee JOHNSON) Peacefully, on July 28, 2008 Gertrude passed away at the Poseidon Care Center at the age of 93. She was predeceased by her husband Roy. She is survived by her loving children, Roy (Sylvia); Wayne (Judy); Rick (Helen); Pat (Keith); her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews. At her request cremation has taken place and a private family service was held. God's Gift It's in the silence of the soul, Where peace and wisdom stay, To guide us through the din and strife Confronting us each day. God placed this gift within us With his loving grace Knowing that we need his love When trials of life we face, This strength will gently guide us through, Releasing gifts of faith and hope.
