Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEDNA KORNELSEN (nee SINGLE) With great sadness we announce the passing of Edna Kornelsen on July 28, 2008 at the age of 68 years at the Health Sciences Centre. She will be lovingly remembered by her children; Leslie, Deborah (Henry) Sylvia, Cory (Karen); grandchildren, Drew, Jeziah, Aaliya, Jaeda and Justeen; brothers, Edwin, Norbert, Ernest (Eileen), Erwin (Eleanor); sisters, Beatrice (Norman) Rattai, Lorraine (Herb) Schmidt. She was predeceased by her husband Alvin, mother Eva Single, father Wilhelm Single and sister Florence Sellers. Edna's kind-hearted, gentle and caring manner will be missed by all her knew her. Thanks to Dr. Nguyen and the staff at Health Sciences Centre, especially Dr. Dave and Willy. Memorial service will be held Saturday, August 2, 2008 at 12:30 p.m., viewing 11:30 a.m. at Chapel Lawn, 4000 Portage Ave. Reception to follow.
