ALICE ELLEN RICHMOND (nee HEMPHILL) February 14, 1922 July 30, 2008 Peacefully at her residence, Alice passed away on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at the age of 86 years. Remaining to forever cherish Alice's memory are her sons, Don (Helen), Tom (Charlie), George (Lisa); daughter Lori (Bill); grandchildren, Casey, Keely, James, Robert, Alison, Mike, Ray and Ryan; greatgrandson Toran; as well as sister Betty Grant. She was predeceased by her husband and the love of her life, Roy in 1982. Mom loved family get togethers and was always entertaining us with songs, dances and skits. She was proud of her entire clan and was the glue that bonded us so closely. Mom will always be remembered for her strong political views and passion for current events. In compliance with Alice's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held and a private service will be held at a later date. The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to special friends Frank Thompson and Dora Mills for their companionship and support to Alice.
