AUDREY ZELENSKI Audrey Michael Zelenski (nee Klim) beloved wife, mother, sister, nana, friend, and teacher, of Birch Hills, SK., passed away on Monday, July 21, 2008 at the age of 58, with her husband Barry at her side. Audrey will be lovingly remembered and missed dearly by her husband Barry Zelenski; her two daughters, Jodi Miller and Jana Zelenski; her sons-in-law, Derek Miller and Callum Montgomery; her grandson Zane Miller and her soon-to-arrive second grandchild. Audrey will also be missed by her mother Sophie Klim; her sister and brother-in-law Cheryl and Brian Osborne; and her mother-in-law Jean Zelenski; her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Gail and Harvey Agnew and Sharon and Errol Rude; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, friends, colleagues and neighbours. Audrey was predeceased by her father Michael Klim in 1972. Audrey was born on February 10, 1950 in Selkirk, MB. She met Barry at the University of Manitoba, they were married July 3, 1971 and celebrated 37 memorable years together. Together they built a family, home, and farm, where Audrey was a dedicated wife, mother, and nana, providing love, support, and laughter. She also spent many years as a teacher, sharing her passion for learning with everyone she could and touching the lives of many friends and students. Her love of life, joy found in simple things, and desire to enjoy every moment was an inspiration. She will be forever remembered with love. Prayer and funeral services were held on Thursday, July 24 and Friday, July 25, 2008 at St. Mary's - St. Anne's Church, Birch Hills, SK. Officiants were Rev. Fr. Janusz Bizewski and Rev. Jonathan Overland. Donations in Audrey's memory may be made to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society. Funeral arrangements in care of Brian and Bev Stobbs, Northern Funeral Service Ltd., Birch Hills and Shellbrook. All events in your life shape you. Each helps you become a better person in some way if you let it; or it gives you a reason to default if you want it. The choice is yours.
