Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCOLLEEN ALLEN (nee BENNETT) Peacefully with family by her side, Colleen passed away on August 1, 2008 at the age of 80 years. Colleen is predeceased by her husband James and son Jay. Left to mourn her passing are her sons, Van (Dulce), Tab (Geeta), Hal and Tod; grandchildren, Brent, Jennifer, Leah, Krisen, Alissa, Steven and five great-grandchildren. Colleen was a Past Matron of Jubilee Chapter No. 27 of the Order of the Eastern Star. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Eden from Home Care and Michelle from Palliative Care. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Colleen's memory to a charity of your choice. Viewing will begin at 2:30 p.m. with the service to follow at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at Thomson Funeral Home.
