Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLAWRENCE FRANCOIS BRABANT (LARRY) On Sunday, August 3, 2008, Larry Brabant of c, formally of Lebret, SK. Larry leaves to survive him, numerous family members and friends in Canada and USA. He was predeceased by Vivian; his parents; siblings, George, Mathew, Raymond, Emma and Bina; numerous nieces and nephews. Larry served in the 1st Battalion RWR (L.B.D.) from June 7, 1940 to May 22, 1946. During that time, he saw action in Normandy from June 6, 1944, right through to Germany. From 1950 to 1953 Larry was in the special forces with Battalion PPCLI. Larry was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, BR. No. 1 and was a very ardent sports fan. Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 8 at St. Mary's Cathedral, 353 St. Mary Ave. with Fr. M. Koryluk officiating. Interment will follow in Brookside Cemetery.
