SHANTI SARUP KAPOOR Shanti Sarup Kapoor suddenly passed away on August 4, 2008 sadly leaving to mourn his beloved wife and best friend Prema. He was the cherished son of Harbans Devi Kapoor and the late Dr. Krishanchand Kapoor and a devoted father to Ramita (Anil), Nita, Ram (Marie) and Angela (Peter), also a loving grandfather to Natasha, Tanya, Nicole, Jasmine, Chantal and Cruz. He will be loving remembered by his brothers Balmukand (Sharan) Satpal (Varsha) and Om Prakash (Neelu) and his sisters Sheila (the late Satpal Handa) Lila (Pran Khanna), Shakuntala (Viri Shankardass) and Savitri (Raj Vohora), and deeply missed by many nieces and nephews. His passing will also be felt by many devoted friends, former colleagues and fellow golfers. Shanti valued above all his family, enthusiastically enjoyed playing golf, lovingly tended his garden and watched over all those that he loved. He was a mentor to all. His memory will eternally be etched in our hearts and minds. His spirit and wisdom will continue to guide us.
