FRANCES G. STEER Frances G. Steer passed away at the Wawanesa Personal Care Home on August 7, 2008 at age 94. She was predeceased by her husband, Arnold in 1966, her sisters, Mary and Glennie, and brothers, Ted and Ernie. She is survived by her sister, Phyllis in Coaldale, Alberta and sister-in-law, Irene in Wawanesa. Her memory will be cherished by her three daughters and sons-in-law, Mary and Ron Mitchell of Winnipeg, Margaret and Don Brown of Wawanesa and Elizabeth Ann (Betty Ann) and Tom Ross of Edmonton. She was treasured by her grandchildren Lauren Mitchell-Lawon (Graham), Andrea White (Bill), Marilee Brown, Graeme Brown (Rhonetta), Sarah Hillaby (Brent) and Rachel Ross. A public graveside service will be held at Rosewood Gardens in Brandon at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 12. A public memorial service to celebrate her long and fruitful life will take place in Wawanesa United Church at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12, followed by a reception.
