LAURA MAE YADE On August 9, 2008 in her 84th year at home with her loving family by her side, passed peacefully into the presence of the Lord. Beloved wife of her late husband Ronald (2001). Loving mother of Cheryl (Doug) Stringer of Wainfleet and Russell (Kim) Yade of East Selkirk Manitoba. Cherished grandmother of Kevin (fiancée Carolyn Journeay) and Dustin Stringer, and Devon Yade. Laura is survived by sister-in-law Mary Boies (predeceased by brother Raymond, 2000), Shirley (Keith) Kenngott, and David (Mary Ruth) Boies, all of East Aurora, NY. She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family will receive friends and relatives at the Welland Funeral Home, 827 East Main St., Welland, on Tuesday, August 12 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Welland Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Doan's Ridge Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Butterfly Conservatory in Niagara Falls.
