Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBOB (VERNON) SMITH 1951 - 2008 On August 10, 2008 Bob passed away peacefully at home with his wife and soulmate Eleanor and daughter Nicole by his side. Bob was predeceased by his father Leonard and sister Sandra. Left to mourn his passing are his mother Jacqueline, brothers Leonard, Bill (Bonnie), Barry (Lori) and sister Cynthia (Sam) Lywak, as well as many nieces and nephews. Bob had a passion for fishing and was able to get out this summer even in failing health and fish with his brothers Len and Bill and his wife Eleanor in his final weeks. As per Bob's wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of Bob's life will be held at 2:30 p.m. at 64 Nassau St. N. (main floor) on Friday, August 15, 2008. The family would like to thank our angels of mercy: Norma (RN), Robyn (Hca) and Hanna (Hca). If friends so desire, donations made be made to the Siloam Mission.
