Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySTEPHANIE ROGAN We are saddened to announce the passing of Stephanie Rogan on March 22, 2008 at the Humber Regional Hospital in Toronto, Ontario after several years of battling Alzheimer's Disease. Stephanie was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on August 17, 1921, the youngest daughter of Sophie and Michael Shumski. Stephanie attended St. Nicholas School (now the Immaculate Heart of Mary School) for most of her education. Stephanie worked in Winnipeg for Co-op Milk which was located on McGregor and Dufferin and also at Woolworth's. She moved with her husband to Edmonton where she worked at City Hall. Then she relocated to Toronto where she worked for many years at Gerling Global, a job she spoke of constantly with great joy. Stephanie leaves to mourn her passing her two nieces Patricia (Jim) Pegus and Kathy (Michael) Melanson and their children, Daniel, Michelle and Natalie Pegus, Alexandra, Elizabeth and Sarah Melanson. Stephanie was predeceased by her husband William Rogan, parents Michael and Sophie Shumski, her two sisters Mary Babchuk and Anne Batycky and her beloved cat Claudia. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Toronto Humane Society or to a charity of their choice.
