AUBREY SARAH FORBES-IDMAN Beloved and eldest daughter of Maureen and Ronald Forbes, passed into Jesus's arms in a swimming accident on August 2, 2008 at Gimli, MB. Aubrey is survived by devoted and cherished children, Josiah, Kaitlyn and Benny and nephew Ireland, who will hold their mother's and auntie's love in their hearts forever; also her two sisters and best friends, Jessica and Meaghan and loving big brother Michael; Grandma Margaret Forbes; Kelly and special friend Rob. Aubrey lived her life to her motto: Challenge Injustice . Love always Mum, Dad, Jessica, Michael, Meaghan, Josiah, Kaitlyn, Benny, Ireland, Grandma, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She will be waiting to see us all in heaven. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 23 at Kildonan Park, at 11:00 a.m. just past front flower garden, left side. Luncheon in the park to follow. Please bring lawn chairs or blankets. Interment was held at O'Connor Cemetery, Kakabekah, Thunder Bay, ON on August 8, 2008. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up in Aubrey's name for her three children, Josiah, Kaitlyn and Ben, for their future, which Aubrey strongly believed in.   • Mom, you were a beautiful person. your life has touched mine and many others. you will never be forgotten. what happened to you is so tragic, I still can't believe it to this day. but I want you to know you are always in my thoughts, and you changed my life forever. you were an amazing person who taught me and others so much. you were a fighter and a true free spirit. your laughter was contagious and you were the most beautiful woman. thank you for being such a great inspiration in my life & for caring for me like nobody else did all of those years. your memory will always live on.
