Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPIOTR (PETER) GASIOR It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of our husband, father and grandfather Piotr Gasior on August 16, 2008 at the age of 81. Piotr leaves to mourn his passing his wife Krystyna of 49 years; son Richard (Heather), daughter Lucy (Kaz) and grandchildren which he adored, Ashley, Alana, Chantal and Chase; and numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Kazimierz Gasior and Anna; twin brother Franciszek and sister Aniela. Piotr was born in Poland and immigrated to Canada in 1950. He retired from Dominion Bridge in 1991. Prayers will be held on Tuesday, August 19 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 20 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Avenue with an Oblate Father officiating. It’s been 10 years today since you passed away. It only seems like 10 hours. Your passing is still vivid in my memory. I miss you so much, it still pains me. Dad; It's been four years today that our family lost you. Very seldom do days go by where I don't think of you. I miss you so very much. Your passing has impacted me greatly. I wish I was half the man you were. Your skills in various trades is something I will always envy. Your sense of humour was something I enjoyed and appreciated. I wish you were still here to offer me your wisdom and advice on life issues that trouble me. God bless and keep you in his heart as you are in mine.
