Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIA DE LURDES ESTRELA Peacefully on August 24, 2008 at the Heritage Lodge, Maria De Lurdes Estrela passed away at the age of 86 years. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving children: sons, Luis (Teresa), Norberto; daughter Maria; grandchildren, Stuart, Stefan, Ana, Claudia, Bruno, Brenda and Aidinha of Portugal as well as her daughter-in-law Alda of Portugal and her great-grandson Miguel. Maria was born in Portugal on January 14, 1922, she married the love of her life, his name was Miguel who predeceased her. She came to Canada to join her son and grandchildren; she enjoyed spending her time sewing, reading the Bible and most of all spending time with her grandchildren. Prayers will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will follow on Friday, August 29, 2008 at 10:00 a.m., both to be held in the Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd. For online condolences or to light a memorial candle, please log on to www.mosaicfunerals.ca.
