GEORGE HENRY RICKETTS George passed away peacefully on August 26, 2008 at the age of 66 years. Predeceased by his grandparents, and his mother and father. He leaves to mourn, his loving wife Sharon; daughter, Nancy (Gil); stepsons, Dale (Lisa) and Scott and his partner Sarah; grandchildren, Gary Worrod, Nicole, Jackie, and Brenden Edmand, Liam and Carrick Edmand: his brother, Ron (Rose) and many nieces and nephews, loving relatives, Rick (Sherry), Jayde and Tyler McCoulligh and Phil (Sharon) Dubois. He also leaves his longtime friend, Tony; and his friends in Barrie, Ontario. You were always loved and will be greatly missed by all. To: Grandpa George, Footprints from Nicole. Lord you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way. I don't understand why, when I needed you the most, you'd leave me. The Lord replied, My precious child, I love you and I would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you saw only one set of footprints ... that was when I carried you. We love you. A private cremation service has been entrusted to: Barringer Funeral Services.
