GARY HENRY CRELLIN December 1, 1946 August 28, 2008 A life well-lived leaves behind a beautiful bouquet of memories . After a wonderful 61 years of life, Gary Rifle Crellin suddenly and peacefully in the 9th inning struck out and his game of life was over. Predeceased by his father Henry Crellin, Gary leaves behind wife Judy (nee Young); sons, Kevin (Lorelei), Duane, Brennan (Becky) and Garett (Stephanie); grandchildren, Boston, Blade, Ryan, Luke and Brody; mother Ruby Gale; brother Keith (Donna) Crellin; sister Karen (Paul) Wells; mother-in-law Frances Young and many other family and friends. Gary was an avid sportsman and hunter. He touched many lives with his dedication as coach and mentor through sports, work and family. He was a proud grandpa who enjoyed spoiling his grandchildren and would never miss an opportunity to watch them participate in sports. A celebration of life service will be held at Glen Lawn Funeral Home (455 Lagimodiere Blvd.) on Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the reception centre. In lieu of lowers, donations may be made in Gary's memory to the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation. The family would like to express their sincere thanks to Dr. Maksymiuk, nurse Marissa and staff at the Health Science Centre. To the staff at Maple Leaf they offer their gratitude for all the support that has been given over the course of Gary's illness. The family also appreciates the love they've received from all the friends and family. A special thanks goes out to long-time friends Rick and Honey for their endless support and help (thanks for the breakfasts Rick). Put me in coach, I'm ready to play GLEN LAWN FUNERAL HOME 982-7550
