GERALDINE MARY O'GRADY On Thursday, August 28, 2008, Geraldine O'Grady passed away peacefully at St. Boniface Hospital. She is lovingly remembered by her daughters Lynn Ritchie of Regina, Saskatchewan; Maureen (Stuart) Breckon of Houston, Texas; Shelagh (Peter) Ricketts of Calgary, Alberta; and Teresa O'Grady of Winnipeg; grandchildren, Lesley, Janet, Karen, Jennifer, JoAnne, Patrick, Jocelyn, Laura, Kathleen, Allison and Tracy. She is also survived by her sister Elizabeth McIsaac of Toronto, Ontario and many nieces and nephews. Geraldine was predeceased by her husband Patrick. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated Wednesday, September 3 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Brebeuf Church, 1707 John Brebeuf Pl., with Rev. Monsignor Ward Jamieson officiating. Interment to follow in the family plot at Assumption Cemetery, 3990 Portage Ave. The family would like to sincerely thank the staff and residents of the Wellington for the care and friendship shown to Mom during the past several years and the staff of St. Boniface Hospital for their compassion and exemplary care.
