LAURA BECK (BECH) May 30, 1966 August 29, 2008 With great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our beloved daughter, mother, sister, auntie, niece, cousin and friend. Laurie leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter Laelonnae Keller, parents Nicholas and Mary-Anne Beck, brother David Beck, sister Laelonnae Beck (Glenn Rogodzinski), nieces Lynn and Stephanie Beck, nephew Dominic Beck and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Laura was a free spirit who loved her family with all her heart. She loved her daughter Laelonnae faithfully. Laurie was a hard worker who, in her short life accomplished much. She worked for a lengthy time as a secretary, which she enjoyed. Her most enjoyable job, however, was when she worked at the Assiniboine Downs with horses. Laurie was a kind, caring and giving person. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Prayers will be held Friday, September 5 at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. A private family funeral service will take place in Rosa, Manitoba on Saturday, September 6 at 1:00 p.m. at Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church, with Rev. Dr. Gregory Zubacz officiating. Vichnaya Pamyat
