BRIDGET (MIDGE) CARYK On September 2, 2008 at Extendicare Oakview Place, after a brief illness, our mother, Bridget Caryk peacefully passed away. Mom was 75 years of age and born in Dysart, Saskatchewan. She was predeceased by her parents, Catherine and Richard Supple and survived by her daughters Pat (Gord) Slobidnyk and Lynda Van Vogt, along with many family members across Canada. Mom loved laughter and enjoyed what life provided, she was adventurous, always willing to try something new. When it came to others she was there to help. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, September 5, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Gerard Parish,45 Foster Street, with Father Pierre Wood officiating. Our family wishes to sincerely thank the staff of 1 North Wing at Extendicare Oakview Place for their care and compassion shown to our mother over the past few years.
