Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMONIQUE MARY L'HIRONDELLE CHESTER It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden death of Monique Mary L'Hirondelle Chester on Wednesday, September 3, 2008, in her residence in Winnipeg, Manitoba at the age of 57 years. Leaving behind are her children, Christa Chester and Jerri-Lynn Chester (Stan), and grandchildren, Raquelle, Dennis and Andrew, sisters, Yvonne, Linda, Pauline (Allan), Esther and brother Danny, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Monique had a gentle smile, a kind heart and caring soul. She was committed to her children grandchildren and the children she worked with. Her grandchildren were her heart, she'd often say, I just love those grandbabies! Anyone who knew her knew how much her family meant to her. She was always proud of her childrens achievements -- no matter how big or small. Monique was always willing to lend a hand to those around her. She loved her friends and appreciated all they did for her. The memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel located at 724 Selkirk Avenue, in Winnipeg. Offciating the service is Pastor Jim Peterson. Special thanks to Dave Bowerman and Stan Orr for all their support, love and guidance through this difficult time. Many hugs and kisses to our family and friends who helped hold us together and keep our heads up. Peacefully sleeping, resting at last, The world's weary troubles and trials are past; In silence she suffered, in patience she bore, Till God called her home to suffer no more.
