DORIS MOKOID Peacefully on September 5, 2008 at Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg, Doris passed away at the age of 98 years. Doris was predeceased by her husband and father of her children, Alexander Dwernchuk; her son John; her second husband John Mokoid; her brother Bill and his wife Mary. Doris is survived by her daughter Rose Lavoie (Charlie); daughter-in-law Victoria Dwernchuk; three granddaughters; six great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. She also leaves behind two nephews and their families. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. at Friends Funeral Service, 2146 Main Street with interment in Brookside Cemetery. The family wishes to thank Doris's caregivers on B2 at Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cancer Care Manitoba, ON 109-675 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg, R3E 0V9.
