The family would like to thank the staff at Middlechurch Home (D2) for the care and comfort they provided Jim for the last number of months, and to his homecare staff Irene, Eve, and Leslie, who Jim appreciated immensely. Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • To our Teresa John and Madeline, Though we only knew your father,father-in-law and Grampa for a short time,he was a very gentle and sweet person with beautiful blue eyes. The angels have taken him into their arms and delivered him back to Maria where they will be happy together once again. We wish that we could be there with you all and your wonderful Canadian family, but know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers. May he rest in peace. Much love, Mom and Dad Hoffman - Posted by: Mary Y. Hoffman (Family) on: Sep 15, 2008
