OLA JURKIEWICZ November 29, 1925 - September 11, 2008 It was a long good-bye and we were always by her side. Therefore, it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Ola Jurkiewicz. Remaining to forever cherish Mom's memory are her son, Marian (Hania) Karczewski; daughters, Danuta (Henry) Rymarczuk and Jadwiga (Tadeusz) Kroczak; six grandchildren, Jolanta, Urszula (Tomasz), Teresa (Mario), Barbara (Chris), Paul, Tad; and four great-grandchildren, Szymon, Piotr, Matteo and Milan. Mamo... milosc twoja nie znala granic cierpliwosci i poswiecenia. W twojich czujnych niebieskich oczach odbiwala sie nasza wlasna dusza. A wiec, dziekujemy ci za glos cieply, za czuly dotyk dloni, i za te trudne lata przezyte w troskach pracy dla nas i przez nas. Lzy teras przeslaniaja nam twoj widok drogi, wzruszenie glos odbiera ... wiec dziekujemy ci serdecznie za te wszystkie slodkie spomnienie. Mom's devotion, sacrifice and tolerance never wavered as she bestowed wisdom, strength and unconditional love to all.and then her mind forgot.but our hearts remembered. Mom has left a family that was blessed by her presence. Her spirit will always live in our hearts and guide us .... so if one day our minds will forget there is no doubt that our hearts will always remember. The family would like to thank Mom's companions, Mariola Paslawska and Maria Loutsenko. Their devoted care and love enabled Mom to maintain a quality of life for the past five years. Thank you. At Mom's request cremation has taken place. If friends so desire donations may be made in memory of Ola Jurkiewicz to the Alzheimer Society or to a charity of choice.
