PATRICIA ANNE JONES 1938 - 2008 It is with great sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Patricia Anne Jones on Friday, September 12, 2008 at the Riverview Health Centre with her daughter at her side. Remaining to forever cherish Pat's memory are her three daughters Carolyn, Sherry (Steve), Judy (Mike); brother Donald (Gay); four beloved and cherished grandchildren, Mathew, Nicole (Berry) and Danielle, Colette (Robidoux) as well as many cherished cousins and close friends. She was predeceased by her mother and father George and Pearl Brown. Mom had a kind and generous heart, she loved unconditionally. She cherished time spent with her family and grandchildren. Mom had a sense of humour and a great love of animals. She will be remembered as a great mother, and loving grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, auntie, cousin, and friend. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. In compliance with Mom's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Thanks to all the nurses and doctors who made Mom's last months comfortable, especially Helen who was there to comfort us at the end. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mom may be made to CancerCare Manitoba Foundation, 675 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3E 0V9 or the Palliative Care Unit at the Riverview Health Centre Foundation Office, 1 Morley Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3L 2P4. We will love you forever Mom.
