DAVID ALEXANDER GORDON August 17, 1931 - September 16, 2008 Dave Gordon beloved husband of Rose Gordon of Calgary, passed away on September 16, 2008 at the age of 77 years. Dave was born in Saskatoon, Sask. and later moved to Toronto where he met and married Rose in 1953. Dave enjoyed a long career in Broadcasting, bringing television and radio to many communities in North West Ontario and Manitoba. Dave and Rose lived in Winnipeg for 42 years where he was an avid member of the Winnipeg Gliding Club and also the Winnipeg Flying Club. He was a faithful and lifelong member of the Presbyterian Church. Dave had a passion for flying, but most of all he was a devoted husband of over 55 years, and a loving father. He is survived by his loving wife, Rose. Daughter and son-in-law, Diane Gordon and Tom Donaghy; sister, Margaret Gordon. A private prayer service will be held.
