TIM HOLLEN KNUDSEN Like a thief, death came to our son and brother, Tim Hollen Knudsen on Friday, September 12, 2008. Born in Thompson, MB, February 24, 1964 to Paul and Elly, Tim was the youngest of four children, Per, Ann and Jan. Tim's family including Christine, David, Annemarie, Philip, Jonathon, Sara, Erin, Paul, Sarah, Jason, Joel, Robin, Joshua, Ellie and friends will sorrowfully miss Tim, our gentle giant'. Tim loved the outdoors where he enjoyed fishing, swimming, and camping. Growing up, he attended various church camps and participated in church youth group meetings where he developed his love of music from gospel to rock. In recent years, Tim lived at the Booth home as this is where he truly felt at home. He frequently attended chapel services and could always be counted on by his friends and family for a helping hand. He loved going to the Goldeyes and Bomber games with Major Al Hoeft and his friends. The only thing you couldn't get him to do was the wave . Tim's memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 20 at 3:00 p.m. in the Faith Covenant Church, 1229 Windermere Avenue off Pembina Highway, with Rev. Erik Anderson, presider. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Booth Home of the Salvation Army. Tim, you are loved. May you rest from your pain in Jesus' loving arms. I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire you will not be burned, the flames will not set you ablaze. For I am the Lord, your God, your saviour. Isaiah 43:1-3 Tim, we love you!
