GEORGINA LORRAINE SUTHERLAND (nee AMBROSE) Passed away peacefully in Nanaimo on September 16, 2008. Georgie was born in Edmonton and lived much of her life in Winnipeg where she was a long time employee with Supercrete. She and her husband Tom retired to Sidney By the Sea where she was actively involved in many senior activities in and around the area. Georgie was a lifelong member of the Girl Guides of Canada and gave generously of her time to that organization. She is predeceased by her husband Tom and daughter Marie Belli (Tony). She will be lovingly remembered by her sons Murray (Joanne) and Tom (Sandy), her grandchildren Glenn, Tracey, Tammy and Robyn, and her great-grandchildren Raelyne, Fraser, Maxwell, Brodie, Quinn and Caleigh. Cremation with no service. In lieu of flowers please send any donations to the Canadian Cancer Society.
