CHARLOTTE MCCAMMON Charlotte McCammon, surrounded by her loving family, passed peacefully into the presence of her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, September 18, 2008, in her 89th year at Golden West Centennial Lodge, where she had been resident for the past year. She is lovingly remembered by her children Mavourneen, Richard, and Marilyn, and respective spouses; and six grandchildren, David, Marilyn, Rachel, Kristin, James, and Joanna, and four great-grandchildren, Samuel, Klara, Elise, and Ben; also numerous nieces and nephews and their families. Born in Witten, Germany, she resided in Winnipeg for the past 36 years, and before that in Kenora, and Whitemouth. She loved the Lord and took great interest in serving Him and trying to have others come to know Him as their Saviour; She was in the fellowship of the assembly of Christians at the West End Gospel Hall. She has done what she could. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Golden West for their attentive care and help during the past year. Dr. G. Griggs was a great help, especially in her final week of life. Memorial service planned for 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 22 at Golden West Centennial Lodge, Jack Gould officiating. Flowers gratefully declined; a gift may be given to the Gideons in her honour if one so desires. Ron Moffitt Memorial Services in charge of arrangements.
