KATHE HARMS Peacefully on Wednesday, September 17, 2008, at Bethania Personal Care Home Kathe Harms, beloved wife of Peter died at the age of 82 years. Besides her husband, she is survived by daughter Margaret (Ron) Fast, son Harry Harms (Janis); grandchildren Paul (Jennifer) Fast, Derek (Heather) Fast with great-grandson Ethan Fast, Eric Fast (Janel Smith), Lindsay and Lisa Harms.; also one sister Justina Renpenning and two sisters-in-law Anna Harms and Margaret Harms, and one brother-in-law Hans Harms, and many other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held Monday, September 22, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at First Mennonite Church, 922 Notre Dame, with interment to follow in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. Viewing at the church prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bethania Personal Care Home or to Mennonite Central Committee, available at the service. The family thanks all staff at Bethania for their care and compassion.
