Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMICHAEL TARAS Michael Taras of Penticton passed away peacefully in his home on September 4, 2008. Michael was born on July 15, 1917 in Transcona, Manitoba. He was predeceased 25 days prior by his wife of 55 years, Irene. He leaves behind his two sons, Mark (Celia) of Penticton and Michael (Debbie) of St. Croix, US; two brothers Ed of Whitby, Ontario and Harry of Belleville, Ontario; four grandchildren, Alex, Shelby, Karen and Michaela. A graveside service for both Michael and Irene will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Lakeview Cemetery, Penticton. In lieu of flowers donations to The Village by the Station, 270 Hastings Ave., Penticton, V2A 2V6 would be appreciated. Arrangements in care of EVERDEN RUST FUNERAL SERVICES.
