RAYMON HAROLD SCHULTZ March 23, 1941 September 19, 2008 On September 19 Raymon Schultz passed away peacefully at his home. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Joan, his children, Duane (Marina), Sandra (Larry), Yvonne (Ron), Sherry (Darren); nine grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Also left to mourn is his father Art. He was predeceased by his mother Emily and his in-laws, Len and Ida. Dad was born in Lowlands, near Beausejour on March 23, 1941. Dad married Mom in 1961. They resided in Steinbach until 1987 when they moved to Winnipeg. Dad had a love of sports such as hockey, baseball and football. He spent many nights watching a game and listening to a game at the same time with a polka on in the background. Another passion was to go to Bingo with Mom and playing Sequence. The one thing Dad always looked forward to was going south to see Sherry and family and helping out on the farm. Dad will truly be missed Viewing will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel in Steinbach on Tuesday, September 23 at 7:00 p.m. with a devotional at 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the St. Paul Lutheran Church, 465 Henry St., Steinbach on Wednesday, September 24 at 2:00 p.m. with interment at the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery.
