PATRICIA (PAT) DANIEL It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Pat Daniel, on September 18, 2008 at the age of 81. Left to treasure her memory are her daughter Kim Johnson and grandson Robert, daughter-in-law Lorraine and grandson Marc, and her sister Ruth Baigrie. She was predeceased by her husband Ray, son Ken, sisters Iola and Emily, and her brothers Kelvin and Alex. Pat was born in Lundar, Manitoba on November 27, 1926. She devoted her life looking after her family. Pat was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at Grace Hospital for twenty-five years and she enjoyed making the patients a little more comfortable. Pat was a member of the Daughters of the Nile. She spent countless hours as a volunteer for the Canadian Hemophilia Society, Manitoba Chapter. Pat enjoyed playing badminton for many years, in both a women's league and a mixed league. She leaves behind many beautiful things made in ceramics which will be treasured by her family. Pat was very proud of both her grandsons Robert and Marc and enjoyed spending time with them and being part of their lives. Donations may be made to the Canadian Hemophilia Society, Manitoba Chapter, 944 Portage Ave, Winnipeg, R3G 0R1. Memorial reception will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2008 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. We love you Mom Chapel Lawn 885-9715
