Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIE SUNDERLAND It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Marie Sunderland on September 22, 2008 at the age of 93. Marie will be greatly missed by her five children - Margaret, Eileen, Win, George and Joan, their spouses, 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Eric in 1969. Mom was an inspiration to us all with her dedication to family. She was especially helpful to her daughter Joan whom she assisted by looking after her children, Ian and Jillian from the time they were born. Nana was very proud of her family and shared her joy with all who would listen. Although she experienced health problems in later life, she still enjoyed singing and sharing memories of wonderful past times. She was a strong and caring person who will be lovingly remembered by all members of her family whom she cherished.
