ARTHUR JOSEPH ZEGHERS June 10, 1917 - September 26, 2008 It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that the family announces the peaceful passing of Arthur Joseph Zeghers of Holland, MB on Friday, September 26, 2008 at the Tiger Hills Personal Care Home, Treherne, MB at the age of 91 years, beloved husband of Alma Zeghers (nee Lagrange). Art leaves to mourn his passing and to cherish his loving memory, his beloved wife: Alma Zeghers (nee Lagrange); ten children, Elaine (Ed) Van Cauwenberghe, Albert (Joyce) Zeghers, Georgette (Harold) Gillis, Robert (Arlene) Zeghers, Betty (John) Wahl, Jim (Dana) Zeghers, Yvonne (Bill) Carlson, Donald (Krista) Zeghers, Jo-Ann (Craig) Day, Ed (Jackie) Zeghers; 22 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Madeline DeSpiegelaere and Clarice Haneca and by one sister-in-law Annie Zeghers, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Art was predeceased by three grandchildren, Trevor Zeghers, Melanie Zeghers and Donna Van Cauwenberghe, one daughter-in-law: Debbie Zeghers, three brothers: Rene, Remi and Marcel Zeghers, two sisters-in-law, Clara Zeghers and Martha Zeghers and by two brothers-in-law, Emile Haneca and Jerome DeSpiegelaere. Prayers will be said from St. John Berchmans Catholic Church, Holland, MB on Monday, September 29, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John Berchmans Catholic Church, Holland, MB on Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in St. John Berchmans Parish Cemetery.
