Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDOUGLAS LESLIE MACKUS It is with great sadness that we announce the untimely passing of Douglas Leslie Mackus at the age of 59, after a courageous battle with cancer. He lost his fight on September 30, 2008, leaving behind his wife Lillian, son Rob, daughters Carol, Eleanor (Walter), grandchildren Chris, Ryan, Blaine, and Kyle. He was predeceased by his parents Gus and Margaret. He was a very special man and will be deeply missed and never forgotten. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. from Westlock Funeral Home, Westlock, Alberta. Memorial donations can be made in his name to the S.P.C.A. or the Canadian Cancer Society.
