ROY ASHTON Suddenly on October 2, 2008 Roy Ashton passed away. Roy was born in Brooklyns and was a life member of Winnipeg South Osborne Legion Branch #252. He served over seas in the Second World War and worked at CP Weston as a machinist until his retirement. Roy is survived by his loving wife Pat Ashton and numerous nieces and nephews. Thanks to the wonderful staff at Cardiac Care, Health Sciences Centre. A memorial service will be held Monday, October 6 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations in Roy's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
