Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGARRY ARNOLD COOPER October 14, 1931 October 8, 2008 Peacefully surrounded by his loving family, Garry passed away at the St. Boniface General Hospital. Predeceased by his mother Sara Margaret Jack and father Wilfred Arnold Cooper, Garry leaves behind his adoring wife Ethel, son Daryl (Louise) and their families, brother Barry Bud (Donna) and family, sister-in-law Elizabeth Betty (Henry), nephew Russell (Henry), niece Valarie (Jeff) Thompson and family as well as many in-laws, nieces, nephews too numerous to name. Garry started his career as a journeyman lather at Peterson Cons., years later he then worked in sales at Welders Supplies and worked there for some time. When it came time to retire in May 1996, he was the district sales manager of Liquid Carbonic Inc. (Praxair). He was also proud of his active partnership in Connelly Signs and Service. Garry had a passion to help those less fortunate than himself; therefore he was an active member of the E.K. Lions, Masonic order and Shrine House, Directors staff and Skooters, Legion #215, and the St. Vital Men's Breakfast Club. When Garry had time he loved to spend it with his family and friends at the Cooper cottage in the Whiteshell. He was kind, generous, and always ready with a story. Garry puttered in his yard and shed, and loved trips to Grand Forks and Las Vegas. Most of all he loved his time with family and friends. Remember what special moment he left with you, his friends and keep him in your heart. A time of remembrance was held for family at the Glen Lawn Funeral Home with the placement of the urn at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Garry's memory to a charity of one's choice. I will miss the blue of your eyes, the taste of your kiss, the softness of your wavy hair, the strength of your touch, your guidance, your selflessness, and your love, but only when I breathe . Your loving wife Ethel GLEN LAWN FUNERAL HOME 982-7550
