KEVIN GEORGE HAWKINS December 18, 1953 - October 6, 2008 It is with deep sorrow and regret that the family announces the passing of Kevin Hawkins at Health Sciences Centre. Kevin was predeceased by his loving parents, George and Kathleen. He leaves to cherish his memory, brother Jim (Gisele) and sister Bonnie. Throughout Kevin's life, he was afflicted with many ailments, but Little George was a fighter and always seemed to bounce back year after year. He had a loving, sunny disposition and was always capable of making people around him laugh. His favourite times were Hockey Night in Canada , as well as listening to music, especially his beloved Nana Mouskouri whose concert he twice enjoyed. The family is extremely grateful to the many health care, technical and medical professionals, as well as Community Living and group Home Care givers that enhanced Kevin's life. A private family service will be held with interment in Margaret Cemetery, Manitoba. Flowers declined with thanks.
