JOE TYMCHEN SR. Joe Tymchen Sr. was born on December 4, 1914 in Komarno, MB and passed away in the presence of his family on October 27, 2008 at Kelowna General Hospital at the age of 93 years. He was predeceased by his loving wife Jean Tymchen in 1992. Our dad will be remembered for his kind, gentle spirit, his generosity to those he loved and his sense of humour. He will be sadly missed by his children, Don (Lois) of Kelowna, BC, Lorne (Lorna) of Kelowna, BC, Shirley (Henry) of Calgary, AB, Joey (Lorraine) of Winfield, BC; grandchildren, Donna, Joey, Scott, Jeanne, Corrina, Maxine, Evan, Brad, Dean, Tammy, Kelly, Jason and Kristel, as well as 17 great-grandchildren and seven nieces and nephews. We all love you and will miss you very much. Dad you will always be in our hearts and memories forever. Be at peace with the Lord. Prayers will be held at the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Teulon, MB on Sunday, November 2 at 5:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3 at 2:00 p.m. at the St. John Vianney Roman Catholic Church, Teulon, MB. Interment to follow at St. Stephen Cemetery, Pleasant Home, MB. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Teulon in care of arrangements.
