Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGORDON PERRY With his family by his side, Gordon Perry at the age of 90 years old passed away October 22, 2008 at Tache Centre. Gordon was born in Saskatchewan on a farm near Moosomin, on October 12, 1918. His family later moved to Neepawa. He joined the Air Force, serving three and one half years overseas. The remainder of the war was served in the Navy. After the war, he married Rose Lamblin and moved to Winnipeg. He worked for CAE for 33 years until his retirement. Gordon is survived by his wife Rose, to whom he was married for almost 63 years. His daughters, Sheila Newsome and Deb Lundy (Ron); his grandchildren, Karen Malo, Shannon Malo, Christiane Macki (Dave), Tiana Bohemier (Marc), Jean Paul Bohemier, Brianne Brewer (Tim) and 10 great-grandchildren. Gordon was predeceased by his parents William and Alice Perry; his sister Meta Gudmundson; his brothers, Hugh and David and infant daughter Marie Louise. His memorial service was held on October 28, 2008 at Glen Lawn Funeral Chapel on Lagimodiere Boulevard. We want to thank the family and friends that were able to attend. The family would like to thank everyone at Tache Centre for the excellent care they gave Gordon for the last three and one half years. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Tache Centre at 185 Despins Street.
