BEATRICE VIOLA SMITH (nee McRAE) (JUNE) It's with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of June at her home on October 29, 2008. June joins her best friend and husband of 50 years, Richard Smith in rest. June was born January 27, 1931 in Elva, MB and moved to Winnipeg in her 20's to work for Eaton's Company in the Accounts Receivable Department. June married Richard on October 12, 1957, and was a loving wife and caring parent. She played many sports including baseball, curling, and golf and also loved to play cards. June had a wonderful sense of humour and a keen wit. June leaves behind her daughters, Debra, Sandra (Brian); grandchildren Amanda and Brenden; sister Evelyn (William); brothers Brent (Doreen), Jim (Lorraine); many nieces and nephews; as well as close friends Filomena and Celestino. She is predeceased by husband Richard; her father James; mother Lila; sister Ramona; brother Earl; and many brother and sisters-in-laws. Internment will be held at Brookside Cemetery, Saturday, November 8 at 11:00 a.m. We'll miss you, We love you and You'll be in our hearts forever Mum Please Rest in Peace
