ALBANI (BENNY) MORISSETTE It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Albani (Benny) Morissette after a lengthy illness on Thursday, November 6, 2008 at the Riverview Health Centre at the age of 87 years. Remaining to forever cherish Benny's memory are his wife Doris; two daughters, Karen and Dar; three grandchildren Sjado (Chris), Teyk (Desmond), Bronson and two great grandchildren Jase and Tyus. Benny was born on January 5, 1921 in Starbuck, Manitoba. Dad served in the Canadian Armed Forces from 1944 to 1946 and when he returned, he met and married our Mom, Doris on October 16, 1947, and until Dad's passing had been married for 61 years. In accordance with Dad's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. A family service will be held in Montreal at a later date. We would like to thank all the nursing staff and Dr. Warraich at the Riverview Health Centre 2 West for taking such good care of my husband/Dad. We Love You Dad, Grandpa, Great Grandpa You're the Best. Rest in Peace XOXO
