Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • I grew up with knowing my Uncle Chad, he was good friends with my mom Connie and Jeff Lester. I remember always him playing with us and when he babysat he liked me the most. I was the youngest and he would make my 3 older sisters go to bed and let me stay up and sit on his lap while he played Uncle Kracker, all the time he sounded just like him the song follow me and drift away. Everytime I hear the song it reminds me of my Uncle Chad or coming to Lester Beach and having fun! you were a great, fun, laughable, easy going uncle, I wish I got to know you more. I think about you often! I hope you're in heaven jamin' away with your guitar. I'll be visiting your grave hopefully tomorrow. miss you and love you!! Cally Lester. If his sister sees this she can reach out anytime 2042967722 - Posted by: cally lester (uncle) on: Sep 16, 2019

  • Hey Stigger. I remember the last time I saw you. I was working at the PetroCan A&W at Kenaston and McGillivray (when it was still there), and it had been so long I didn't even recognize you. I remember talking to you on Facebook, and you sounded great. And before I knew, I remember my mom (your cousin, Gayle) calling me to tell me you were gone. I couldn't believe it. I was beside myself. I know you and I weren't always close and didn't always keep in touch as much as we should have, but I still miss you like I hung out with you everyday. Be good, Upstairs, Chad. We'll see each other again one day. I love you. - Posted by: Heather McKechnie (Cousin) on: Aug 20, 2012
