Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLAURINDA DA COSTA CARREIRA ANJOS Peacefully on Friday, November 7, 2008 surrounded by her family, Laurinda Anjos, age 85 years passed away at the Misericordia Place. Predeceased by her husband Joaquim; son Manuel; two brothers and one sister. Laurinda will be lovingly remembered by her children Maria Emilia (José) Bento, Tony (Grace); daughter-in-law Emilia; grandchildren Samuel, Gorette (Paulo), Kevin, Christopher, Chelsea; great-grandchildren Marla and Tiago; sister Maria in Portugal; her extended family in Winnipeg and Portugal. The family would like to thank the staff of the third floor at Misericordia Place for their care. Prayers will be said 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 14, 2008 at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook Street. Laurinda will be laid to rest in Portugal. If friends so desire, donations in memory of Laurinda may be made to Parkinson's Society of Manitoba, 302-171 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3C 1M4 or The Canadian Diabetes Association, 200-310 Broadway, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3C 0S6.
