Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMICHAL TRACZ Peacefully on Tuesday, November 11, 2008 at Seven Oaks Hospital, with his family at his side, Michal Tracz passed away at the age of 94. Michal is survived by his children, Barbara (John) Kutcher, Grazyna (Daniel) Goral, Jan (Elizabeth) Tracz, Bogusia (John) Rydzygowski, Marika (Fr. Taras) Kowch; 20 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Also, he will be missed by many relatives in Europe. Michal was born on September 7, 1914 in Korzowa near Stanislawow (Eastern Europe). As a young man he enlisted in the Army and served in Cavalry. After the Second World War he worked as Chief in a Fire Department for many years, advancing to the rank of Mayor of the district as well as the city of Raciborz (Poland). He received many honours and medals in recognition of his work and heroism. Michal will be remembered as a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather who was truly devoted to his family and helping others. Rosary will be said on Friday, November 14 at 5:30 p.m. followed by Prayers at 6:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. The Funeral Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Saturday, November 15, at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church in Cooks Creek, MB. Vichnaya Pamyat
