He leaves to mourn his wife Christine; daughters Michelle (Colin) and Shirlee (Ryne); grandsons Darrell, Dennis, and Cody; his mother Irene; sister Joan (Leo); and his brother Avery. He was predeceased by his father Joseph in 1973. A private burial will take place at the Morris Cemetery on Monday, November 17, 2008. The memorial service will be held at the United Methodist Church in Pembina, North Dakota on Tuesday, November 18 at 10:30 a.m. If friends so desire, donations may be made to your local Lung Association, Cancer Care, or Humane Society.
