LILLIAN GRACE KIRKUP Lillian Grace Kirkup (nee Wojcichowsky) passed away on November 10, 2008 at Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 72. Lillian (Lil) was predeceased by her parents, Tasko (Ted) and Nettie (Dull) Wojcichowsky of Yellow Creek, Saskatchewan; her sister Adella and her grandparents who raised her Joseph and Mary Dull (Karpinka). She leaves behind to mourn, her husband of 48 years Thomas George Kirkup. Her children Joseph, Lisa (Mike); grandchildren, Ashley, Katelynn, Amber and Rodney, grandchildren Athena-Marie and John-Paul. Lillian first worked in Eatons Mail Order till she married, then for United Cigar, later for 17 years at Shoppers Drug Mart (Redwood location), after which she worked for Penningtons - Garden City until she retired. Her favourite pasttimes were gardening, grandchildren, nature, being a part of Circle 6 West Kildonan United Church and on council. She loved baking for family and friends. You truly will be missed by all who knew you and in our heart and memories always! A celebration will be held on Monday, November 17, 2008, at West Kildonan United Church, 187 Kilbride Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Softly in the morning hours Came a gentle Voice Come Home.
