Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROMULO NARIO REYES It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of my husband, our father, brother, grandfather, uncle and friend, Romulo (Rolly) Nario Reyes. After his courageous battle with liver cancer, Rolly passed away at the Palliative Care Unit in St. Boniface Hospital, Friday, November 14, 2008 surrounded by his family. He was 59 years old. Rolly was predeceased by his father, Arsenio Reyes. Left to cherish his memory is his wife Emma Marquez Reyes, his mother, Angelina N. Reyes (of Philippines), his children, grandchildren: Michelle (Regin) Reyes, Joselle, Ghinelle and Tristan; Michael (Cher) Reyes, Gerald Christopher, Omhar, Mikaylah, Rhayver and Arhiana (of Calgary), Maricris (Kirby) Reyes and his sisters and their families; Elenita (Rick) Medina, Gilbert and Girlie; Amelia Cayme, Myra, Joylito Jr., and Mary Joy (of Philippines and Burnaby) and Melanie (Oliver) Ramelb, Ryan, Valerie and Oliver Jr. (of California). Rolly was born August 7, 1949 and raised in Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines. He immigrated to Canada with his family in December 1989 and has worked for New Flyer Industries Ltd. for the last 20 years. Our sincerest thank you to our many friends, neighbors, co-workers, extended family, the doctors, nurses and support staff at CancerCare Manitoba and the doctors, nurses and support staff at the Palliative Care Unit at St. Boniface Hospital. Your compassion, thoughtfulness, love and support has greatly helped us through this difficult time. Pallbearers will be Peodoro Boy Salvador, Jaime Jimmy Alfonso, Ronnie Tiodin, Jonas Cleodoro, Jessie Delacruz, and Art Toto Sanmiguel. Lamay will be held on Thursday, November 20 and Friday, November 21, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. to midnight at Glen Eden Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 748 Keewatin Avenue. Glen Eden Funeral Home 338-7111
