Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • My grandma was my best friend. She taught me how to knit, read, write, play crazy 8's and many other things. I used to always have sleep overs at her and my grandpa's house. I remember how she used to make me breakfast in the morning, and then we would play super Nintendo and go to the park. Every time we walked to WalMart she would buy me an aero chocolate bar. I still remember the day she died. I was in grade 3, and we were learning about Canadian symbols, when my mom showed up crying saying that my grandpa had died. At the funeral I remember keeping it together, and trying to be strong for my grandpa, dad, 2 uncles, and all the other family members. I couldn't hold it in anymore. I went to the car and cried by myself for 20 minutes. I will always remember my grandma and how loving and caring she was. I hope that I can maybe see her in heaven again. - Posted by: Bridget Ilena Demos (Oldest grand daughter) on: Nov 10, 2016
