RITA VANDAL (nee TARDIFF) With broken hearts we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Rita after a brief, courageous battle with cancer. She is predeceased by her mother Jeanne, father-in-law Joe and big brother Larry. She lives on in the hearts of the two great loves of her life, her husband and soulmate of 30 years, Gilles and her son and pride and joy Cameron. Rita will also be sadly missed by her father Dollard; mother-in-law Thérèse; sisters, Dianne (Ken), Faye; her brothers, Don (Yvonne), Ron (Ann); sister-in-law Jill, and her nieces, Denise (Dave), Tracy (Anthony), Randean and Raven; her nephews, Elliot (Lea) and Nicholas; great-niece Emma and great-nephew Elie. She will also be fondly remembered by all whose lives she touched by her profound kindness. Services will be held Friday, November 21, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Church, 778 Archibald.
